Fishing in lakes and side rivers<\/h2>\n
In the region around Kvennan Camping there are several other good fishing possibilities. In Glomma the zone downstream and upstream from the fly fishing zone are managed by the Kvennan Fly Fishing boarder organisation. This is the Tynset\/Tunna zone and Tolga zone. These zones are included when you buy the license for the Kvennan Fly Fishing zone or they can be bought separately.<\/p>\n
There are also good opportunities East from the village Tolga, here you’ll find the Hodalen Lakes . The most common catch here is grayling, pike, trout, perch, and white fish. There is one fly only zone in the Hodalen Lakes, called Drengen.<\/p>\n
Several rivers nearby Kvennan Camping offer very interesting fishing. For example: Vangr\u00f8fta, Tunna, Hola and Grimsa.<\/p>\n

In front of the campsite we have a guest zone. For beginners and families who wants to try out fishing, or if you have limited time available only for a few casts, the camping zone might be a suitable option. With the camping zone license you can fish from the riverbank in front of the campsite, only from land. The fishing rules are a bit modified from the fly fishing zone. <\/p>\n
\n- Allowed to fish from the riverbank. No wading.<\/li>\n
- The bag limit is two graylings under 30 cm a day.<\/li>\n
- And all trout must be released immediately.<\/li>\n
- You can use different fishing tackle like lures, spinners, worms and of course fly fishing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

We have a handy assortment of fly fishing tackle. Special Glomma flies, tippets, leaders, floatant and some tying material and other accessories.
